Sean Dinsley B.A., LL.B.
Sean practices in the areas of family law, wills and estates, personal injury and civil litigation. Sean brings a strong results-oriented background to our firm. Sean values being an empathetic and tenacious lawyer with a fearless approach to representing his client’s interests. He focuses on providing clarity and a clear plan of action when working with clients and knows how important it is to provide them with a common-sense approach.
Sean understands that having legal issues impacts every aspect of a person’s life during what is often the most challenging time. Sean is a determined and experienced lawyer who is committed to achieving the best possible result.
Sean was born and raised in the Lower Mainland. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts and his Bachelor of Laws he was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2010 where he worked in some of the most prestigious firms in the country.
After returning to British Columbia, Sean completed his articles with a prominent family lawyer and became an associate with the firm after his call and admission to the bar.
Before opening Dinsley Litigation, Sean also worked at a successful boutique law firm in New Westminster.
Jessica Pham LL.B.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester and brings over a decade of legal experience. She has worked extensively as a litigation paralegal before becoming a lawyer in 2025. Her background includes plaintiff and defence civil litigation, criminal law, family law, and regulatory matters. This experience has given her a strong foundation in managing complex files, navigating detailed evidentiary records, and advocating effectively in high-pressure environments.
Prior to joining Dinsley Litigation, Jessica gained hands-on courtroom experience, appearing on various contested chambers applications and participating in a multi-week jury trial before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia on issues including parenting time, relocation, imputing income, and child support.
Jessica is fluent in Vietnamese and can assist clients in both English and Vietnamese. She prides herself on taking a client-centered approach, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.
Outside of practice, Jessica actively volunteers in the legal community. She serves as Section Executive of the Canadian Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Chapter, where she contributes to mentorship and professional development initiatives. Jessica also enjoys guest lecturing at Capilano University’s Paralegal Program. It is important to her to be part of the training of the next generation of legal professionals.
Nicholas Todd J.D., B.A.
Nicholas (Nick) Todd practices in the areas of family law, personal injury, civil litigation, and wills and estates. Nick joins Dinsley Litigation after working at a boutique litigation firm in North Vancouver. Nick has significant chambers experience and regularly appears before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. He has argued numerous chambers applications on a wide range of issues. His practice is grounded in a strategic, pragmatic, empathetic, and client-focused approach to resolving disputes. He aims to work with clients to meet their objectives through collaborative and constructive work.
Raised in Maple Ridge, Nick is proud to serve clients in the community he grew up in.
Nick holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Victoria. During law school, Nick led the development of the “Gladue Submissions Assistant”, a legal technology application which helps criminal defense lawyers prepare Gladue submissions for their Indigenous clients. The project achieved international acclaim after winning first place at the Iron Tech Lawyer Invitational Competition.
Prior to law school, Nick worked as the Head Coach of the Langley Flippers Swim Club in Langley and as the Assistant Head Coach of the Haney Neptunes Aquatic Club in Maple Ridge, where he coached swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Outside of practice, Nick enjoys swimming, hiking, video games, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Parminder Singh B.A., LL.B.
Parminder Singh is a trusted lawyer serving clients across the Lower Mainland, known for his practical, results-driven approach and strong advocacy. Licensed by the Law Society of British Columbia in 2025, Parminder brings hands-on experience in family law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
He works closely with clients to understand their priorities, manage risk, and achieve efficient, effective outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom. Parminder combines meticulous attention to detail with a collaborative, client-centered approach, ensuring every matter is handled strategically and with care.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Punjabi University, India, as well as a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Law Enforcement Studies from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Parminder is committed to delivering clear guidance, strong representation, and results that make a real difference for his clients.
Hana Pauls
Hana Pauls is a paralegal at Dinsley Litigation, assisting counsel with a wide range of matters including civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, and personal injury.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Simon Fraser University, with a major in English and a minor in Criminology, and is currently completing her Paralegal Certificate at the University of the Fraser Valley, with an expected completion date of September 2026.
Hana brings strong skills in legal research, client interaction, and case organization, ensuring that each matter is handled with attention to detail and care.
Outside of work, she enjoys teaching dance, reading, exploring cafés, and going on walks with her energetic golden retriever, Flynn.
Jessica Jones
Jessica Jones is a Legal Administrative Assistant at Sean Dinsley Law Corporation, where she supports a broad range of matters including civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, and personal injury. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University, with a major in Criminology and a minor in Psychology.
Jessica is organized and detail-oriented, with a professional and approachable manner. She supports clients and manages files to help ensure each matter is handled smoothly and with care.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys trail riding and spending time with her horses, connecting with friends, reading, and crafting.
